The unit specialises in hydrotherapy - therapy and exercise in water using the buoyancy and warmth to relieve pain, stregthen muscles and mobilise joints. This delightfully relaxing and effective form of treatment is carried out in the heated pool under strict supervision. Sessions are conducted either individually or in small groups. |
